The best experience I have had in the immigration realm. My file had been stuck for a long time in security without a proper justification until I filed for a mandamus. I applied for Permanent Residence on July 23, 2023, but my file was stuck in security screening for about a year with no progress. It was an incredibly stressful and uncertain time.
