Lev has successfully represented clients at all levels of Ontario Courts. He routinely appears before the Federal Court and divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada with respect to judicial reviews, appeals, inadmissibility-related issues, and other immigration cases.

Lev knows nobody wants to go to court. He takes pride in being able to see the big picture and anticipate issues before they arise. His goal is to achieve his immigration clients’ goals without litigation. But, when issues become contentious, he’s the immigration advocate you need.

This litigation lens means that when Lev assists businesses and individuals with their routine immigration needs, he crafts persuasive cases that anticipate challenges and take into account how adjudicators and immigration decision-makers think.

When he’s not helping his clients solve their immigration problems, Lev serves as a director for a Canadian-based technology recruitment firm, helping Canadian employers hire top international technology talent.

I applied for study permit on May 30th, 2022 and my application was stuck for a year and a month. Luckily, with the help of this wonderful firm and their hard work, we applied for the writ of Mandamus in the Federal Court of Canada and fortunately, we could get my application processed and approved. Thank you very very much for your amazing job. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Lev and his team, my family and I finally got our PR visas which had been pending since 2019/2020. I can't overstate the professional service and patience of the team. The entire process took about 60 days. For us, the fact Lev offered a 10 minute free consultation to listen to our case was what helped us decide. No other firm would even speak to us without first demanding payment. If you need your application finalised, Lev and team are the people you should speak to

I had the pleasure of consulting with Ksenia on an immigration matter relating to a TN visa application. Despite my decision to proceed independently, the advice Ksenia provided in our brief consultation proved invaluable. Her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism impressed me greatly. She accurately advised me on the importance of cross-referencing the position and duties with the NAFTA handbook and also gave a crucial recommendation of scheduling an appointment at the land border for the TN visa application - both points significantly contributed to the successful outcome of my application. Ksenia's responsiveness and clear communication were also much appreciated, demonstrating her commitment to providing excellent client service. While I did not engage her for full services this time, I would not hesitate to do so in the future and recommend her to others seeking assistance with immigration matters

Engaging the services of Abramovitch & Tchem PC is one of the best decisions we made in recent times. We were referred and after our very first online consultation with Lev, we had hopes they would handle the case with utmost professionalism. We filed for a writ of mandamus through their firm and got an approval in 2 months on our immigration application which had lasted for 44 months. Every member of the team handled our enquiries with utmost urgency and carried us along every step of the way. I would confidently recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

I had the pleasure of working with Lev at Abramovich & Tchern Immigration Lawyers, to file a Writ of Mandamus for my delayed citizenship application. And I can't recommend them enough to anyone who is dealing with delays on their IRCC visa/immigration applications. In my case, my citizenship application was under process for more that 30 months and IRCC was not responsive in any way, even with the follow-ups of my MP, they didn't give me any timeline on when I should expect to get a response. But the situation changed very fast, when Lev started my Writ of Mandamus application. I couldn't believe that in just 2 weeks I started to see updates in my citizenship status, and in 3 weeks I received my oath invitation. I recommend Abramovich & Tchern Immigration in a heartbeat to anyone who is dealing with frustations of IRCC delays.
