We also work with international and Canadian businesses on strategy and compliance issues related to foreign workers, recruitment strategies, and employee immigration.

Need help with Canadian and cross-border immigration issues? Challenging a visa rejection? Have questions about Express Entry, CRS Calculator, provincial nominee programs, and your options for permanent residency? Confused about student visa requirements in Canada? Ksenia and Irina have been a lifesavers! Nothing less. An excellent amalgamation of knowledge, great listeners, detailed solutions and not getting irritated by repeat questions. I am not exaggerating, but I have tried to work with at least 7 - 8 other lawyers before getting in touch with Ksenia. All others were short on attention, short on details, and some proposed shady options. With Ksenia, ably supported by Irina, I was able to obtain all the information I needed for my brother's Work Permit processing. Brilliant service. Strongly recommend to all.

Lev & Team are one of the best lawyers we have come across. We were extremely stressed with our lives and our application not moving forward as it was stuck with New Delhi Visa Office for more than 1.5 years. Lev & Team not only assisted us with a mandamus application but time and again he has extended emotional support. Not just the Team, but Lev himself have been very approachable. He is quick to respond and he keeps himself available for his clients. He was patient enough to answer all our queries, sometimes even unreasonable questions arising out of sheer anxiety. He is truly passionate about his work and he feels his clients intensely. He ensured we are at ease and had our back at every step of the process. Very commendable work. In the future, if we ever need a lawyer again for immigration purposes, he is our go to person, hands down.
